2. Offer period
2.1. The Offer is valid from 8th October 2026 to 31st October 2026 ("Offer Period").
2.2. Both the purchase and its conversion to EMI must be completed within the Offer Period.

3.2. No registration is required. Eligible Cardholders are enrolled automatically.
4. Qualifying transactions
4.1. A transaction qualifies for cashback only if all of the following conditions are met:
- the purchase is made with the Roarbank Card during the Offer Period;
- the purchase is converted to EMI through the transaction EMI feature in the Roarbank app (EMI → Eligible Transactions → Convert to EMI) during the Offer Period;
- the EMI tenure selected is 9 months or more.
4.2. There is no minimum transaction amount.
5. Cashback
5.1. Cashback is calculated as a percentage of the purchase amount converted to EMI:
| EMI tenure | Cashback |
|---|
| 12 months or more | 5% |
| 9-11 months | 3% |
| less than 9 months | Not eligible |
5.2. Cashback is not capped per transaction or per Cardholder.
5.3. Cashback is credited once for each qualifying EMI conversion, after the conversion is confirmed.
5.4. Each purchase must be converted to EMI separately and earns cashback separately. Converting several purchases or the total outstanding together is treated as a Balance-to-EMI conversion and is not eligible (see Clause 6.1(b)).
6. Excluded transactions
6.1. The following transactions are not eligible for cashback:
- EMIs created at the merchant's checkout, including Merchant EMI, Brand EMI and No-Cost EMI;
